The grapes are then cooled in a cold chamber for a few hours to obtain aromatic precursors. Then the grapes are destemmed, a long maceration is carried out with the skins, making two daily fermentations to extract the coloring matter, during which the alcoholic fermentation takes place. It is then gently pressed and finally malolactic fermentation is carried out. Aging for 12 months in French and Central European wooden casks and then 6 months with minimum bottle.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Red wine made with Garnatxa Negra and Syrah, and its alcoholic strength is 14% vol.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1552\" aria-expanded=\"false\">TASTING NOTE<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1552\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1552\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><strong><em>To the eye<\/em><\/strong> it has a ripe cherry cherry color, medium-high intensity with intense garnet tones and pale red nuances. Light tear, medium fine and abundant, fast falling.<\/p><p><em><strong>On the nose<\/strong><\/em>, ripe red fruits stand out on an intense background of peppers and spicy notes such as peppers and chocolate.<\/p><p><em><strong>In the mouth<\/strong> <\/em>it has a soft and pleasant entry. Light mouthfeel, with a balanced structure, fresh and fruity. Cheerful and moderately persistent finish.<\/p><p><em><strong>Pairs well<\/strong><\/em> with sausages, meats and grilled vegetables.
